Vacations by Marriott Bonvoy is advertising 20,000 bonus points for eligible stays of at least four consecutive nights in the Caribbean, Latin America and Mexico. Its terms require booking through that channel between October 1 and October 31, 2026, for travel from October 1 through March 31, 2027.

The offer is for Bonvoy members, with limited inventory, possible blackout dates and combination restrictions. The published terms say bonus points post within one to two weeks after checkout. This is a verified promotion, not confirmation that every hotel or package qualifies.

Price the vacation before the bonus

Compare the complete eligible quote with booking the same suitable flights and hotel separately. Match baggage, room, cancellation rules and transfers. A package premium can consume the value of the bonus long before you get to the beach.

Using our editorial planning estimate of 0.65 cents per Bonvoy point, 20,000 points represents about $130 in potential travel value. That is our assumption, not an official cash payment or a guaranteed redemption. Use your own likely booking to decide whether the bonus is meaningful.

If the trip fits and the package remains competitive, the offer may be a useful extra. Keep the qualifying rate, membership details and promotion terms with the reservation, then check the account after the stated posting window.
